About Lisa M. Nousek

Lisa M. Nousek is an attorney and partner with Boies, Schiller & Flexner, LLP, in Armonk, New York, where she primarily focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, including product liability litigation. She represents clients in both state and federal trials as well as appellate courts. Lisa M. Nousek was on the trial team that defended Pfizer in a multi-district proceeding surrounding the claim that the company’s antiepileptic drug caused suicide. The plaintiff dismissed the claims after the opening statements at the first trial.

Lisa M. Nousek studied earth and planetary science at Harvard University, graduating magna cum laude, before studying law at the University of Virginia School of Law. She participated on the editorial board for the Virginia Tax Review and was Senior Dillard Fellow for the Legal Research and Writing Program. Nousek also served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Steven M. Colloton in the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
